The Doebritz Vertical Conical Mixer housing is centrifugally cast from GX40CrNiSi25-20 (wear-resistant stainless steel) or nodular cast iron EN-GJS-500-7 for abrasive bulk solids. The integrated conical hopper has a 60° apex angle to promote mass flow without bridging. Inside, the tri-blade rotor consists of a bottom scraper, intermediate helical ribbon, and top dispersion blade — all hardfaced with tungsten-carbide coating (optionally Stellite 6). The lance drive is equipped with a torque-limiting coupling and a 4.0 safety factor gearbox, while the external bearing housing isolates the product zone from lubricants.
